Release of Liability for Rural Activities

In return for being allowed to participate at ROLLING ACRES ACADEMY, LLC: T&S SKATING PLACE, LLC: ALL STUDENT ACTIVITIES and all related activities, including any activities incidental to such participation (GROOMING ANIMALS, CLEANING ANIMAL HABITATS, FEEDING/WATERING ANIMALS), I release and agree not to hold harmless ROLLING ACRES ACADEMY, LLC; T&S SKATING PLACE, LLC, from all future claims that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs, or assigns for personal injury arising as a result of my child’s participation in ALL RURAL ACTIVITIES wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROLLING ACRES ACADEMY , LLC ;T&S SKATING PLACE, LLC and all claims arising out of my child’s participation in ROLLING ACRES ACADEMY, LLC; T&S SKATING PLACE, LLC, ALL SCHOOL ACTIVITIES. I understand that this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of GEORGIA in which ALL RURAL ACTIVITIES take place and agree. I also acknowledge that ROLLING ACRES ACADEMY, LLC ;T&S SKATING PLACE, LLC, has not arranged and does not carry any insurance of any kind for my child’s benefit. I represent that, to my knowledge, my child is in good health and suffers no physical impairment that would or should prevent my child’s participation in ALL RURAL ACTIVITIES. I also understand that this document is a contract which grants certain rights to and eliminates the liability of ROLLING ACRES ACADEMY, LLC; T&S SKATING PLACE, LLC.

Registration Fee

In order to reserve your child's place in school, you are required to submit this registration form as well as the $600 registration fee by July 31, 2025. Because our enrollment is limited, we won’t be able to guarantee your child's seat if submitted after the indicated date. The registration fee is nonrefundable.
